Syv Sind Gin - Første Sind

Our Third Mind is 100% organic and its flavors consist of juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, Sichuan pepper, heather honey, rosemary and grapefruit peel. We are not in favor of cold filtration of spirits as it removes essential oils and flavors. The gin therefore opalescently easily when cold or mixed with ice cubes or tonic.
